Examples i have had with Dermacia: WARNING BAD COMPANY

Here are just some of the e-mails that myself and Dermacia have spoken through below and-

I also received a phone call from the supervisor Christine at phone number 1-949-706-6400 who left me a voicemail, and i quote "Andrea this is Christine at Dermacia and um I am giving you your last credit back because um raelly its time for the emails to stop and we have a lot of customers to serve and we really dont need to um continue on this way so you can have your money back and um so i, i hope that we wont be hearing from you again, bye."

That is among one of the rude unprofessional phone calls that i have received from their company. I was also told to never call them again or email them. They refused me customer service, and got so annoyed when i found out that hundreds of other people had had the same problem that i did, that they just gave me my money back. I then called to check on if she had credited my acocunt yet, and my response was in a loud rude tone "I ALREADY DID IT.", and then was hung up on.
I was harrassed, made out to look like the bad one, when the only reason i complained was because their company gave me a reason to and i wanted my money back since they said they "lost" my return package to them.

Hello, i would like to just mention that today January the 8th, i recieved my Dermacia. My payment schedule is set for Febuary the 4th, I am supposed to get a free 30 day trial, that would put my first payment at Febuary the 6th not the 4th. I just wanted to inform you. Let me know if the date has been changed for payment. I just recieved the package today.

We refuse service to customers that continue to harass us with questions that were already answered. Both myself and Christine have attempted to help you, and you continued to use foul language and yell at us. We do not appreciate being yelled at, and we do not have to stand for verbal abuse from our customers.Dermacia stands by the quality of service to customers that allow us to help them and cooperate.

Thank you for sending me that rude email so i can show BBB, also i was at work when is spoke and emailed you, so there is no way i could have used foul language, first of all our computer's don't allow it, and secondly i work right next to my boss. Nice try. I am just trying to recieve my money back after finding out that you have scammed people.

Please explain, since it is my name, for you to not use as you please, what you mean by customers notes. I got a message from Christine saying she was going to refund my money, why are you still continuing to contact me. Also i used no foul language with you over the phone, you have made that up, and my phone calls were recorded so i have prove of that, i prefer you not to lie, i not once swore at any of your representitives and i have prove of that, due to me using our work line to call you during my lunch break. Thank you. I hope for you to contact me and tell me what you are using my name on, and then to never speak with anyone from Dermacia again since Christine has told me that you will be refunding my money.

Dermacia Complaints


Dermacia is starting to become a well known company, what most don't know is that they scam people. There are hundreds of complaints filed with The Better Business Bureau for Dermacia, because people aren't recieving their products or their refund money.


There representatives are rude, and they need to be STOPPED.

Rachel Hunter Representatives,

I would just like to send you an email on behalf of Rachel putting her face on the Dermacia commercials, I wanted her to know what she was connecting her face to probably without her knowledge. Dermacia has been scamming the public, and hundreds of people have been filing complaints with The Better Business Bureau. They are billing customers early, and not returning their money if they choose to return product. I personally had to fight with them since December, and today is March. Personally I had to fight with Dermacia in order to receive my refund finally. They were rude and down right nasty to me. They have called me and emailed me saying that I am using foul language and being rude. However, I am using my work phone and I sit next to my boss. There is no possible way I could use foul language at work and not be written up for it. Not to mention I am a Christian and while I am no way perfect, I do not use foul language. I will be forwarding the emails they sent me so you can see how rude this manager Christine and the other representatives have been, and other complaints from hundreds of customers that have filed reports with the Better Business Bureau of California. I also have a voice mail saved in which they stated once again that they emails need to stop and the foul language. They took $50 of my hard earned money so of course I kept contacting them until I was given my money back. I have reported them to the BBB, whom they have an F rating with already. After I informed them of this they have agreed to refund my money because "they need the emails to stop". If they really sincerely did not receive my package back, why would they now finally agree to refund me? I am enclosing at the bottom of this email numerous other complaints about this company, associating Rachel's name with the product. If my name were representing something that was this dishonest then I would also want to know. I hope sincerely that you do not know. It would sadden me and many of her fans to know you supported this company knowing how they are.
