Rachel Hunter Representatives,
I would just like to send you an email on behalf of Rachel putting her face on the Dermacia commercials, I wanted her to know what she was connecting her face to probably without her knowledge. Dermacia has been scamming the public, and hundreds of people have been filing complaints with The Better Business Bureau. They are billing customers early, and not returning their money if they choose to return product. I personally had to fight with them since December, and today is March. Personally I had to fight with Dermacia in order to receive my refund finally. They were rude and down right nasty to me. They have called me and emailed me saying that I am using foul language and being rude. However, I am using my work phone and I sit next to my boss. There is no possible way I could use foul language at work and not be written up for it. Not to mention I am a Christian and while I am no way perfect, I do not use foul language. I will be forwarding the emails they sent me so you can see how rude this manager Christine and the other representatives have been, and other complaints from hundreds of customers that have filed reports with the Better Business Bureau of California. I also have a voice mail saved in which they stated once again that they emails need to stop and the foul language. They took $50 of my hard earned money so of course I kept contacting them until I was given my money back. I have reported them to the BBB, whom they have an F rating with already. After I informed them of this they have agreed to refund my money because "they need the emails to stop". If they really sincerely did not receive my package back, why would they now finally agree to refund me? I am enclosing at the bottom of this email numerous other complaints about this company, associating Rachel's name with the product. If my name were representing something that was this dishonest then I would also want to know. I hope sincerely that you do not know. It would sadden me and many of her fans to know you supported this company knowing how they are.
